Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier the same business day when placed before our daily cutoff. Weekend orders go out the following Monday. Tracking is emailed once the label prints.
Q: Do you ship discreetly?
A: Yes. Packaging is plain and unbranded; nothing on the outside of the parcel identifies its contents. Tracking is shared with you privately.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order from your account dashboard or our order tracking page.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact us for assistance.

A: We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT), and Zelle bank transfers.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We offer full refunds within 30 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged products. Contact us to initiate a return.

A: Yes, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account gives you access to order tracking, rewards points, and faster future checkouts.

A: No. All products are intended for laboratory and research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use.
Q: How should I store the peptides?
A: Store peptides at -20°C and protect from light. Once in solution, store at 2-8°C and use within 30 days.
